Pricing:

Starting at $1,500/month with a 3-month minimum.
To reserve your spot, the full 3-month retainer is paid upfront. Start dates are subject to availability and are confirmed once the agreement is signed and payment is received. Scope changes may require a revised agreement or adjusted rate.

Working Together:

We’ll stay connected through weekly summaries and Slack check-ins, with Zoom or Google Meet calls scheduled as needed. I keep an eye on progress, flagging anything that needs your attention, and helping the team follow through, so you’re not stuck managing it all alone.

Yes. Most of my clients do. I help your existing team work better by improving clarity, accountability, and daily execution so you’re not managing every moving part.

You’ll get strategic support without the overhead of a full-time hire. I’m able to plug into your business quickly, with no drawn-out onboarding or steep learning curve.

That works too. I can help set up the right systems and structure from the start, so when your team is ready, they have what they need to hit the ground running.

Slack is our main touchpoint during the week. I also send weekly summaries and we’ll meet via Zoom or Google Meet as needed.

If we’re a good fit and you’d like to continue, we’ll explore extending your retainer based on my availability and your evolving needs.
