About Me

I once knew a burnt out business owner just like you…

My first introduction to entrepreneurship was as a child. I watched my mother religiously burn the midnight oil in an effort to fulfill orders for her handmade greeting cards business. She didn’t miss sleep because she wanted to; she did it to serve her clients the best way she could’ve with her only assistance being a nosy 12 year old, who stuck around because late nights cutting scented paper, printing “stuff”, and toying with glitter was the most magical thing in the world.

My mission is to help you regain control of your time and grow a successful business that empowers you to live life on your own terms.

I’ve always had a knack for tech and a natural inclination for learning. For the last 10 years, I’ve dedicated myself to roles including technical customer support, administrative assistant and marketing outreach specialist. In the latter part of 2020, I  started MSDD Virtual Solutions to use all the skills I’ve gathered over the years to provide virtual assistance to business owners who need support to take their business to the next level.

When I’m not working, you can find me taking spontaneous road trips with my incredibly supportive partner and our two beautiful girls (an artsy preteen and feisty toddler), watching movies, baking or trying to keep up with my resistance training.

Entrepreneurship can be difficult but it doesn’t have to be…

Though my mom’s business eventually closed many years later, the impression she left on me has remained. I’ve witnessed and experienced overwhelm, burnout and frustration first-hand. It happens, some would say it’s a part of the journey of running a business but it’s far from desirable and very avoidable. The not-so-secret key I believe most business owners miss, is the powerful combination of prioritization, delegation and automation. The thing is, there are at least 6 different areas in your business and as a solopreneur without support….that’s all on you.

Let’s remove the busyness from your business!
