Before starting MSDD Virtual Solutions, I built my career in customer success, managing a small remote team for a lead generation client expanding his operations, then working remotely with a California-based digital marketing firm. These roles sharpened my ability to move work forward, communicate clearly, and keep things from falling through the cracks.
But long before that, I saw what it meant to be fully dedicated to your work. My first exposure to entrepreneurship came from my mother, who ran a handmade greeting card business out of our home. She worked late into the nigh, her only help a curious 11-year-old who was happiest covered in glitter and asking too many questions. That experience shaped the way I show up: with care, consistency, and a deep respect for what founders carry.
In 2020, I took everything I’d learned and officially launched MSDD Virtual Solutions to support business owners in creating structure, space, and sustainability. Since then, I’ve worked alongside founders, creatives, and executives, providing project management services and operational clarity to the businesses they’ve worked hard to build. Whether it’s building workflows, staying ahead of timelines, or making sure nothing slips through the cracks, I offer support that gives you space to lead without being dragged back into the details.
Why I Do This Work
I didn’t always believe rest was possible…not when there were deadlines to meet, clients to please, and bills to pay. I spent years supporting others from behind the scenes, holding everything together while quietly unraveling myself. At one point, I was working 12+ hour days, pushing through anxiety, skipping sleep, and still telling myself I wasn’t doing enough. I thought the more I offered, the more secure I’d feel. Instead, I burned out completely and had to be put on medication just to function.
That was the breaking point. I realized I couldn’t keep saying yes to everyone else while saying no to myself. So I parted ways with clients who no longer aligned, invested in real systems and support tools, and started redesigning my business around sustainability – not just for me, but for the kind of people I wanted to help. I learned how to create boundaries that protect both the client and the service provider, how to stop overworking, and how to bring structure to businesses that are moving fast but leaking energy.
Now I help them build the systems, structure, and accountability to stop being the bottleneck, so their business supports their life, not the other way around.
