Project management that keeps everything on track with less micromanagement.

Fractional support for founders and executives who want launches, client work, and internal projects delivered on time… without the overwhelm, back-and-forth, or burnout.

Does this sound familiar?

✘  Deadlines keep slipping because no one truly owns the timeline.

✘  You’ve reviewed the same task twice and it’s still not quite right.

✘  Updates from contractors or collaborators are buried in email chains, voice notes, and half-filled spreadsheets.

✘  You spend your evenings “catching‑up” instead of actual downtime.

You handle the vision, while I keep the moving parts in order.

What You Gain:

✓ A clear roadmap, so everyone knows what’s happening, when and by who.

✓ Daily reviews and follow-ups leading to fewer delays and missed hand-offs.

✓ 5–10 hours back each week back for strategy, sales, or just closing the laptop on time.

My Simple 4‑Step Process:

We get clear on the deliverables, timeline, and define what success looks like, then document it so everyone’s onboard.

I build out the timeline and assign responsibilities in ClickUp, Asana or your preferred project management tool (depending on what you’re already using).

We conduct periodic check-ins and task reviews to keep things moving and quickly resolve any blockers.

We meet your launch date, run a quick retrospective, and document takeaways to improve the next time around.

Types of Projects I Support:

  • Digital course launches and product offers – managing timelines, tech, and team deliverables.
  • Website refreshes with tight deadlines and multiple collaborators.
  • Online events such as virtual summits, workshops, or webinars.
  • CRM migrations or tool transitions (like Dubsado or ActiveCampaign) where timelines and data handling are of utmost importance.
  • Process clean-ups that reduce inefficiencies, back-and-forth and get things done faster.

If there's a deadline, the right support in place, and something meaningful riding on the outcome, I'm the one who makes sure it gets done right.

Pricing:

Starting at $1,500/month with a 3-month minimum.
To reserve your spot, the full 3-month retainer is paid upfront. Start dates are subject to availability and are confirmed once the agreement is signed and payment is received. Scope changes may require a revised agreement or adjusted rate.

Tools I Have Used:

The systems behind your business should support your workflow. I’ve worked within many of the platforms today’s founders and small teams rely on to manage projects, automate processes, and stay organized.

Here are just a few of the tools I’m familiar with:

ClickUp • Asana • Monday • Airtable • Slack • Google Workspace • Zapier • Trello • Notion • Dubsado • HubSpot • ActiveCampaign • ConvertKit • Funnelytics • GetResponse  •  Encharge.io •  Slack • Zoom

If your stack looks different, that’s never a problem, I'll adapt quickly so you don’t have to.

Client Result:

Client: Alison, Interior Designer

Challenge

She’d been managing everything manually and didn’t have a CRM in place, leaving her buried in admin and unable to focus on growing the business.

My Role

I led the strategy and oversaw the full implementation of her new Dubsado system, coordinating closely with my specialist to ensure a seamless setup and client-friendly workflows. I served as the bridge between Alison’s goals and the build process, keeping everything aligned and moving forward.

Outcome

With a proper system in place, she was able to step back from the admin work and reclaim time for creative direction and business growth.

In Her Words

“I cannot imagine how long it would have taken us to figure out the set-up on our own. Monique was an expert, patient, and so professional. Highly recommend!”

Yes. I manage remote teams across time zones and adapt communication to match your business hours.

Not at all. I’m most familiar with ClickUp and Asana but happy to work within your existing setup or help clean it up if it’s a mess.

You’ll receive a simple weekly summary that outlines progress, blockers, and next steps. I also use Slack for day-to-day communication, and we can schedule Zoom or Google Meet check-ins as needed.

Project management services are offered as 3-month retainers. If ongoing support is needed and the fit feels right, we can explore a longer-term arrangement.
