Discovery Call & Quote

We’ll get on a 15-30 min call so that we can get an idea of where you are in your business, the offerings you provide to clients and the issues you’d like to see addressed.

A $250 investment will be required up front to book the process mapping session.

Process Mapping

We’ll have a 2hr deep dive to map out your business process from lead capture to offboarding. This time will be spent putting creating a digital roadmap of your ideal client process flow and at the end, you will be given a beautifully detailed process flow document.

After the mapping session has been completed, we’ll prepare a tailored proposal for you.

Onboarding Questionnaire

At this point, you have officially booked us for the project. We’ll be sharing a more extensive questionnaire which will gather the minute details needed to bring your ideal client experience to life.

Assembly

This is where I begin to put it all together. Here we work diligently to flesh out the “wheels” of our vehicle – forms, canned emails, payment schedules, schedulers, workflows etc. Everything begins to take shape and the vision is transformed into a time-saving masterpiece.

Testing & Implementation

At this point, everything that would’ve previously been built is placed under a stress test. The various entry and exit points are simulated and all the kinks are ironed out in preparation for Go-Live!

We’ll have a 120-minute Project Walkthrough call and training session where our Dubsado specialist shows you how to manage your system created based on your dream client experience!

Quality Control

Your setup will be finished by this point but we’ll be in the background providing email and chat support for an additional 3 weeks post Go Live to answer any questions that may arise.
